  • Be your authentic self at work, e.g. trusting yourself to build deep relationships

  • Find balance between work and life, i.e. determining what work means to you and how you can achieve meaning and purpose in your life

Deepening Relationships

A structured 6-session program designed with Asian Australian men in mind. This program is also open to women and non-binary individuals. This is for individuals who may not have had opportunities to express their feelings, but now want to better understand their emotions, strengthen communication, and build more connected, meaningful relationships.

Program Details

  • Cost: $215 per session

  • Payment: Pay-as-you-go — you’ll only be charged after each session

  • Medicare Rebate: If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can receive a rebate of $101.55 per session

  • Timing: Sessions are spaced out monthly to allow time for reflection, practice, and integration

Our coaching packages are designed for People of Colour professionals who want space to reflect and move forward with clarity. Whether you're navigating workplace challenges, stepping into leadership, or building emotional resilience, coaching offers structured, culturally attuned support to help you grow—without leaving your values behind.

Individual Sessions

$320 per session

60 minutes

10-Session Package

$288 per session

Total: $2,880, (10% discount)

  • Structured support over time
  • Valid for 12 months
  • Email & resource support between sessions
