Hi there! I’m Vi-An Nguyen
I’m an industrial / organisational psychologist and I offer counselling and coaching for issues relating to work (e.g. burnout, career counselling), family dynamics and identity (e.g. cultural or gender identity). I’m passionate about using a holistic and systems approach to understanding your unique context, and understanding how the mental health system relates to people from marginalised backgrounds. I speak from my lived experience of being Vietnamese Australian, however I strive to be culturally responsive working with clients of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
